The Coggee, a masterpiece of simplistic aesthetics that artfully harnesses the site’s natural assets: light, views, privacy, and the site’s gentle slope. Full-height operable glazing was skillfully integrated into the living areas, maximizing the natural light. Kubu Di Bucu

The Makai showcases the beauty of wooden architecture with an alang-alang roof, a hallmark of traditional Indonesian construction, in this modernized Lumbung-style bungalow. Large windows and sliding doors allow natural light to flood the space, offering uninterrupted views of the ocean beyond.
